PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 2, 2026 the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Multnomah appointed a receiver over Petitioners DWFritz Automation, LLC ("DWFritz"), Precision Automation and Metrology Holdings LLC ("Precision"), DWF Automation Inc. ("DWF"), and DW Energy LLC ("DWE") (collectively, "Petitioners"). The receiver is Newpoint Advisors Corporation, Attn: Graham McFarland, 2045 W Grand Ave., Ste B. PMB 139946, Chicago, IL 60612 (the “Receiver”). The Receiver’s counsel is Sussman Shank LLP, Attn: Douglas R. Ricks, 1000 SW Broadway, Suite 1400, Portland, OR 97205.
The Receiver has determined that the estate is sufficient to provide distributions to creditors and hereby establishes a claims process in this case pursuant to ORS 37.340. The claims-bar deadline for the submission of claims in this case is thirty (30) days from the date of this notice stated below (i.e. September 30, 2026). Claims should be submitted online on the form of proof of claim.

Do not file the claim with the Court. The claim form must be filled out completely, with any supporting documentation attached. Any claims submitted after September 30, 2026 may be disallowed by the Receiver on court order.
